- Your contract's recipient(s) must be registered to NOPAPERPOST (as a free BASIC subscriber or PREMIUM subscriber) in order to sign the contract. NOPAPERPOST back-office will offer all recipients the same information as you have on the follow-up of the contract signature procedure. Like you, he will get the certificate of contract signature delivered online in real time on a web page or as a downloadable PDF.
- Unlike other service providers, NOPAPERPOST refrains from modifying the contract you send and guarantees its perfect integrity and unalterability. For this reason, NOPAPERPOST refuses to include in your contract dematerialized scriptural signatures which would have the effect of altering it. The signatures collected by NOPAPERPOST appear in a certificate which proves your contract is signed.
- The contract depositary may send at anytime and to all authorized signatories the contract documents and the certificate of signature.
